Walk like an egyptian, fly like a bat out of hell

This time I've been working on something that I have not before - the insidious forces of Chaos! This was a basic tabletop standard commission. Unfortunately, as is the nature of the immaterial realm of the Warp, mortal technology does not work properly there, so the pictures come enhanced with a wonderful Warp effect and are blurry as hell as a result.

Hello agaiи, comяades.

Base still needs a bit of work (Anyone knows where to buy static grass in Riga?), as are shadows and highlights, but I really wanted to post this, so here goes.... 1st stand 80% complete.

I really need to get a lamp. I can see mistakes on a photo which I didn't see before taking a picture :(

Fixed helmets color and other minor mistakes, painted some more bases.

"Crisis" suits again.

They are giving me real crisis. At least I feel how do pain an alcoholick sergeant space marine, or a druggo dark eldar... but theeese...

45th Highlanders done.

Finally finished highlander fire team. Took a little more time than anticipated, but, well speed comes with practice. Overall, I am happy with the results. A solid tabletop quality. Enjoy.

From now on, I will post on 8th , 18th and 28th of every month, and i strongly advise to distribute the dates between the authors, to cover more days of the month. Otherwise it looks pretty silly, that almost all of the posts are made in the same day.

Stormboyz.in.progess and Scorp

I've recently joined the Dojo, so here goes my first post. :)

Last week i started painting stormboyz. Unfortunately i didn't take exact time spent on airbrushing and manual painting, but its about 6-7 hours.
There are five of them: two are partly base coated, so i'm not showing the process for them.

On weekend we had played Deathwatch RPG. It was looooootz of fun and a I was extremely exited and inspired. So, took one of my old AOBR marines(unfourtunately it was in poor condition, repainted for 3-4 times, but it did not stop me xD ) and painted him in Red Scorpion pattern.

This guy took me 3 hours. For mass production airbrush should be used of course, but i'm satisfied with a result for this prototype. And damn - he is cool xD

For the next few iterations I'll be finishing 3 stormboys.

Nobles of Bretonnia

Here's a few shoddy pictures of my latest commission - the Green Knight, a Grail Knight and a Damsel. They're all metal and come from the era where GW modeled just the banner poles and the flags needed to be cut out from paper, so enjoy the sight of naked poles.

Green knight solo. The original shield was not available, so I had to improvise with a regular shield. I am moderately satisfied with the freehand design I came up with on the fly, but it along with the markings on the horse's ornaments are mostly un-canon.

WIP: Flesh Tearers vehicles

Recently I made a bet with my comrade. Paint 1500 pts army until Easter. My choice was simple Blood Angel successor chapter - Flash Tearers. I bought models few years ago, but their where unused till now.

At this moment I'm working with Rhino. Model is almost done, need to paint smoke launchers, hatches, fix some weathering mistakes(visible on photo, but not so obvious to the naked eye). Find below WIP photos (also Storm Raven and Drop pod). CnC welcome.
